All of our programmes have been created out of personal experience of the frustrations faced by educators and a determination to make a difference.

Every educational establishment has a unique culture and so every programme that we deliver is tailor-made to match specific needs.

Taking time away from work for training has to make a big difference.  Time is too precious to waste on ineffective programmes and so we ensure that each programme explains what you will get out of it; who are the most appropriate people to attend it and how flexible we can be to deliver it in line with your timetable requirements.

What if there were new tools and techniques that have been proven to work?  Techniques that positively affect everyone involved in the process?  Programmes that have been designed specifically, tested thoroughly and evaluated extensively in a wide range of educational establishments.

Don’t forget the staff!

All too often, the focus is purely on support for the students but we don’t forget that Staff have needs as well and this is reflected in the range of programmes we offer.

Who uses Chameleon?

Local Authorities buy us in to deliver training to borough-wide pastoral teams.  Schools and Colleges invite us in to deliver our programmes for their own Staff in their own place of work.  Sometimes schools/colleges will collaborate and send representatives from each establishment and thereby share the cost of the training.  It is entirely up to you.

Pricing

We quote a realistic price for the training and if there is a cost for resources we can either charge you for them per head or invite you to provide the resources for yourself, thereby reducing the cost.  We provide the trainers, you provide the venue and catering.
